Ujenzi Auto processes project schedules, cost records, progress updates, performance metrics, and system audit logs strictly for operational purposes.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to enable planning, monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and audit readiness. Ujenzi Auto does not sell, mine, or monetize client data.
4. Kenya Data Protection Act (2019)
Ujenzi Auto aligns with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, including principles of lawfulness, data minimization, purpose limitation, and confidentiality. Clients remain the Data Controllers for their project data.
5. Security Controls
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented, including role-based access, data segregation, and monitoring. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Disclosure & Legal Obligations
Data may only be disclosed where required by law, court order, or explicit contractual authorization.
7. Retention & Archiving
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and may be archived or deleted in line with contractual or statutory requirements.
