1. Purpose and Scope
Ujenzi Auto is an enterprise-grade project planning, cost control, and performance monitoring platform designed for construction and infrastructure delivery. These Terms govern institutional use of the platform by public authorities, contractors, consultants, and private developers.
2. Intended Institutional Use
The platform is designed exclusively for professional and institutional environments, including government agencies, state-owned enterprises, donor-funded programs, contractors, and developers. It is not intended for consumer or personal use.
3. Decision-Support Nature
All analytics, dashboards, forecasts, and reports generated by Ujenzi Auto are decision-support tools. They do not replace contractual authority, statutory approvals, engineer’s instructions, or professional judgment.
4. Data Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data entered into the system, including BoQs, progress records, costs, and resource data.
5. Data Ownership
All project data remains the property of the client organization. Ujenzi Auto asserts no ownership rights over project, financial, or performance data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ujenzi Auto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on system outputs.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
